UX Designer
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our dynamic team at ITVision360. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the user experience for our innovative product and play a crucial role in delivering intuitive and engaging digital experiences to our users. As a UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and optimize user interfaces, workflows, and interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• User Research: Conduct user research to gain insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points. Utilize various research methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Information Architecture: Create intuitive and effective information architecture, navigation structures, and content hierarchies to enhance user accessibility and discoverability.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts. Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results.
• User-Centered Design: Champion user-centered design principles throughout the design process, ensuring that user feedback and data drive design improvements.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to align design goals with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Design Guidelines: Create and maintain design guidelines, patterns, and design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Accessibility: Ensure designs are accessible and comply with accessibility standards and guidelines.
• User Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, gather user feedback, and use insights to refine designs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think strategically and make design decisions that align with business objectives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for staying updated on industry trends and design innovations.
