Account Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Account Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our Business Client services. If you are passionate about building great client relationships and have a deep understanding of helping business clients with their Talent needs, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture existing client relationships.
• Develop plans to include specific account strategies for additional business opportunities.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities both deep and wide within assigned account(s).
• Generates new business through outside sales activities including referrals, solutions selling, cold calls, prospecting, territory planning and client relationship building.
• Builds long-term client partnerships with enterprise corporations and mid-market clients.
• Engages, entertains, and maturates client relationships to build mutual trust and respect.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and untangle complex scenarios involving large client management.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degrees strongly preferred.
• 5+years in the Technology Consulting or related Staffing industry.
• 2+ years in Sales – ability to overcome objections, identify buying signals, close the deal.
• More than 5 years’ experience managing client relationships.
• More than 5 years’ experience managing contract P&Ls and selling managed services to C-level executives.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external business relationships.
• Must possess sales acumen and persuasion skills for internal/external.
• Experience with face-to-face sales – know the value of a handshake!
• Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles to achieve goals.
